When you purchase a product or products from our website we enter into a contract. This contract comes about with your purchase and the procedure for doing this is as follows:

  1. You add product/s to your basket.
  2. Go to checkout and complete all required information.
  3. Proceed to payment gateway where you are directed to either Worldpay or Paypal to complete payment on their secure transaction sites.
  4. Once you click to pay using your credit card details or Paypal account and we receive the confirmation email with your order we are then in contract.
  5. We will then process and dispatch your order provided it is in stock and that you have not cancelled your order or that we have not accepted your order.
  6. You will then be sent a confirmation email of the dispatch with a tracking number if via DPD. (If via An Post Standard Post there will be no Tracking number)

Non Acceptance of an Order:
An order may not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • The item ordered was not in stock
  • Authorisation for payment not received
  • An error in Pricing, Description or Product

You may return goods for a full refund within Fourteen Days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You will receive a full refund for the goods that were purchased on receipt of the goods in the condition described previously.
You may contact us within those fourteen days via email or call us on + 1 240 2731061 and we will provide instructions on returning the goods and offer any assistance we can to you.
Within those fourteen days after receipt of the goods you can have a change of heart and decide you do not wish to keep the goods or it turned out someone else bought the same item for you. (It can happen!)
We will provide a full refund for the goods and any other related charges except when the item is part of a number of items within an order than the delivery charge will stand.

This fourteen day period is known as “The Cooling Off Period”.
It is specific for eCommerce purchases only and does not apply to products bought in hard stores.

After the fourteen day period is over and you then decide you do not wish to keep the product purchased you may return it to us provided it is within 28 days of purchase, unused, in it’s original packaging and in a resalable condition, for an exchange or for a credit note which may be used both in our hard store or online. The cost of returning goods, during the cooling off period, is to be paid by the consumer.

Faulty Goods
We must be notified immediately of any defections or faults in a product which you have purchased from our web site. These products must then be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase. Upon receipt by us of the product an exchange, credit or a full refund will be given for the product found to be faulty.
We reserve the right to check and test the product received back faulty to verify the fault and then provide an replacement, exchange or refund.
If upon inspection the product shows no sign of fault and is working as described, in that case the product will be returned to the customer with any explanation on it’s use provided in cases of user error or misinterpretation on instructions. It is very rare this occurs and we do our utmost to provide assistance via email or telephone to help in using any products, including instructions, software issues.

Refunds will be made using the same method of the original payment received both for Cooling Off fourteen day returns and faulty returns.

Sorry we are unable to accept any perishable goods or any undergarments, Onesies, Bathrobes and Pillows as returns. This is due to hygiene purposes.

Thankfully returns are very, very rare for both us and our customers and we hope you all enjoy your purchase and that it brings joy into your and any other member of your party who will benefit from the gift whether it is for them or a treat for yourself.
